The 3rd annual Kerrygold Ballymaloe LitFest, Ireland’s only festival dedicated to food and wine writing, which took place from Friday May 15 to Sunday May 17. Spread throughout a variety of venues at Ballymaloe – the Cookery School, Ballymaloe House, the Grainstore, the Big Shed, the Walled Garden and others – the weekend welcomed thousands of visitors to East Cork, including national and international authors, chefs, foragers, educators, beer, spirits and wine experts, gardeners, publishers, TV presenters, bloggers and journalists, as well as the general public. The Kerrygold Ballymaloe LitFest has become a fixture on foodie calendars and an important hub for enthusiasts of food and wine writing worldwide to meet and share ideas with each other.
